Great location. Clean. Comfy bed.

Thought I booked a hotel with a real check-in. missed the emails that told me it was remote check-in with numbers for the locks no answer from the door bell . You need to make it clear about the check-in not hid it to the last minute then hope they are happy . Room was exactly as decided nice clean very warm.

Pleasant decor and room, and good choices of TV channels. Could do with non feather pillows for allergy sufferers. Some hangers too. They need to work on the entrance - hard to spot - climbing around restaurant tables to reach door! But good location for those wanting an evening out.

Great value for money! Easy arrangement for check in, instructions come via text. Room was clean and tidy, good quality bed and the location is perfect if you're looking to socialise in Southampton!

I wish I knew more details about the property before booking.I’m the type of person that will take time to read the reviews however none of the reviews mentioned how unclean the rooms are , I found short hairs that are not mine in the bedsheets. The property doesn’t have a lift so if you have big luggage you will have to drag it through the very thin stairs and occasionally touching the mouldy walls. The room has an awful smell of mould so I had to keep the window open , like that was going to suddenly change the smell in the room much . On top of all that guess what? It’s a Saturday and everything was incredibly loud ..if you want peace , comfort and easy access avoid this place at all costs. Is not even like it was cheap , the place is a rip off for what they offer and now I know why is the cheapest in the area.I’ve ruined my back going up the stairs with luggage but mostly I’m more disappointed and disgusted by how unclean everything is and how unsafe it feels.If you don’t care about cleanliness, peace and comfort than this place is in a great location for bars and pubs. And that’s about it. If I could change my reservation , I would but unfortunately I cannot.. I will make sure to never book this place in my life ! Overall not a pleasant stay . Seriously , avoid at all costs !Don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Southampton. Communication great and lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend.
