I've been twice recently, and both times, staff were amazing in the food hall . They were so friendly and accommodating. Dan and the ladies are amazing. Perry pig frappe are sooooooo good

The food area doesn't seem to have any of the products I used to enjoy at the Worcester and Cheltenham stores. I wrote to the manager a couple of months ago about the dire lack of items in the Count on Us range, but didn't receive a reply. After 40 years of M&S food shopping I have decided to go elsewhere.Unfortunately, I had to go to the store today (27/7/23) to return a shirt I'd bought in the Worcester store, where I go by train (20 minutes) for a reasonable selection of food and men's clothes. The up escalator and the lift were out of order, so customers had to use the staff stairs" and remember to press the green button at the top to open the doors. The staff are usually friendly enough

Terrible customer service in here yesterday. We bought a dine in meal deal, and my wife added a pair of earrings to the basket to save paying separately. The shopping came to over £50, i checked the receipt and the earrings were scanning as something for over £30. The guy that served us said that he could not refund us and that we would have to go to a clothing checkout. Massive que but we waited and got the refund. Not the best shopping experience.

Popped in today with my family to get my 4 year old some polo shirts for school. During the visit my boy needed the loo. All toilets were full, so we used the disabled/baby change toilet. There was mess all over the toilet seat, paper towels all over the floor, and an un-flushed toilet. As I had no choice, I cleaned the mess up so we could use the facilities. Afterwards, I found a manager to report it to, who in fairness was very apologetic. But never the less, regular checks should have picked this up.

I’ve just popped in for a coffee and cake. The coffee was good but the cake was absolutely terrible. A very dry inedible cherry and almond sponge that I returned to the till. Oh dear was the response! Crossing the cafe here off my list to call into for a quick cuppa.

Without doubt the best thing about this store is the staff, they are fantastic. Always got a smile on their facesUnfortunately the food hall isn’t the biggest so they are limited on their range however Merry Hill is only 30 minutes away with a huge food hall if there’s things you can’t get at Kidderminster.Keeeep smiling folks (in a strictly sort of tone) it makes a huge difference.Richard Walters

Made an online order for school clothes on the 17th August, had no confirmation code so icall them to find out its a ghost order still waiting for a refund but feels like I keep getting throbbed off will never order again

A poor relation of other M&S Food Halls, which are generally very good indeed. I went to this one earlier this week, specifically to buy their bake your own frozen croissants, only to find there was no stock. While I was there I took the opportunity to stock up on other items and also bought a smoked salmon sandwich for my lunch. Unfortunately, the self checkout tills were painfully slow and called for assistance after nearly every item was scanned. The same thing was happening to another customer at the neighbouring till, with the result that we had to wait for an employee to carry out numerous resets for both us. But the icing on the cake was afterwards when I opened the sandwich.The overwhelming stench of rotten fish nearly put my neck out!

As good as a marks and spencers are .great food hall and produce clothes area down stairs and upstairs .would be great if the lift was repaired and you didnt have to go up a fire exit to reach the 1st floor
