5 Star care home for the elderly, absolutely fantastic facilities ☺

My wife has been resident at Melton House for 5 yrs and whilst it would be fair to say there has been the odd glitch in that time, in general she has been happy and well cared for. The overall service provided has improved since the appointment of Marion as Manager.

My mum first went into Melton House in June 2019. At this time the level of care was far from dignified and the 3 managers that followed were only about deniability.In November 2021 the 4th manager arrived, to my great relief and surprise this manager Marion was lovely she allowed me to visit my mum without restrictions she was very willing to listen to my concerns and very quick to act upon any concerns I had. The new staff now working there are amazing. They have all treated my mum with great respect and dignity. I would definitely recommend this care home now.
