Avoid this company. Idaq sent me a renewal notice, took payment for 12 months renewal before the renewal was due and then wouldn't let me cancel. Surely if you send a renewal email with a renewal date and you intend to auto renew you need to make that clear and not take payment first? No doubt there was something buried deep in the terms and conditions to catch out trusting customers! Any respectable, customer focused company would deal with this appropriately and issue a refund - not idaq.

Worst Internet provider, What you get is much worse then what you sign up for. Stella very rude, installers dont turn up and suggested to buy ethernet cables to help speeds. Customer service non existent. Avoid!!!!

Absolutely dreadful internet and customer service. 100MB dedicated leased line wireless internet paid for, but we never get that speed. Other problems with IDAQ internet and service: intermittent dropouts, varying speed throughout the day, rude customer service. Do not sign up with iDAQ wireless internet, instead would suggest you pay for basic fibre business broadband as you will get the same or better shared speeds for less money or pay the extra like we used to and have a genuine BT dedicated leased line with 100% of the speed you pay for

We've been working with IDAQ for a little over 2 years now. We use them internally and also resell services to our clients and I have to say their hosting and wireless connectivity is fantastic.

Internet drops out on occasion for no apparent reason, only got advertised speeds in the first few weeks with them, then speed dropped considerably afterwards. Awful customer service, Stella is very rude and incompetent to deal with. Misleading advertising, our chosen package stated includes free router" however 18 months later on cancelation of service

I have hosted with IDAQ for well over 10 years now and have found them only ever to be responsive and extremely helpful. On the rare occassions when there are technical issues they are corrected in a timely fashion. Pricing is competetive, and contrary to the comment regarding renewals, I have never experienced a billing problem.

This company is amazing. I have been with them for 5 years+ now and they always go the extra mile. I've seen others complain of dropouts, but never had that in my experience. Service is fast, reliable backed up by Decent support.
