Visited on Saturday morning. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me with the difference in cut between the polo shirts. Great service. Quality gear.

What a breath of fresh air the staff at Fred Perry Manchester are. I bought a hat and the team treated me like they had known me for years. After I went shopping in other shops in Manchester and experienced really poor customer service. I went back to Fred Perry and again, and I was greeted with a smile and excellent customer service, and yes of course I spent a lot more money with them. Thankyou so much. I hope your bosses read this and give you the praise you deserve.

We love this place. Have followed the shop from Police Street to NQ which is a much more fitting location. Rick is a great brand ambassador and takes so much pride in the way the store is presented. Staff are always great, good product knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. A favourite go to on a Saturday morning

I've been a Fred Perry enthusiast for many years. My go to place has always been this store from Police Street to Oldham Street. The quality is superb and Fred Perry gear gets the Manchester vibe. Rick (Store manager) has been simply outstanding over the years and has delivered a 5 star service every time. His team has never been anything short of outstanding. No pressure, great knowledge, and always a friendly smile. The branch offers something missing in retail, and that's the personal touch. It's no surprise to see 5 star reviews everywhere. Suggest the FP management look after Rick and his team.

Very nice selection of clothes, with some items I haven't seen before, like Fred Perry slipmats and vinyl cleaner. The staff was very friendly, without being too 'sales-y' about it. Prices were fair, especially when coming from the mainland. All in all a big recommendation.
