The North Face Cheshire Oaks

I have always had a good experience in North Face and great customer service.Staff is always polite but lately the shop has changed. It seems a lot more cramped and doesn’t give me the experience of high brand shopping.I hope you can find better set up idea for us customers.Thank you!

Staff are well presented always eager to give you a hand, They have a good general knowledge of the clothing they sell! Prices are super cheap too, they had a Chakal Ski jacket for as cheap as £100 and fleeces for £20! If your ever at cheshire oaks this store is a must for people that love the outdoors!

Some of these reviews have absolutely nothing to do with this store! Food/parking/dogs/kids entertainment...whaaat?! Can people stay on topic please?I've been to this TNF store many times over the years and have generally found what I consider to be well priced and good quality garments; including items that I've not seen anyone else wearing...which is a huge plus.I like the up to date styles of the clothing and there's plenty of choice for adults. I'd buy a lot more if my wardrobe wasn't so full of outdoor gear (yes I go hillwalking and climbing etc). I was slightly disappointed that they seem to have scaled back on proper hiking equipment in store, such as rucksacks and boots etc. Maybe they just weren't on display?I recently had to return a coat that my fussy son didn't want and that was dealt with very quickly and politely by the senior member of staff...I didn't catch her name, but thank you for your good attitude. :)Yeah, so to summarise, I think the TNF outlet is fine for fashionable outdoor style clothing. Maybe not as hardcore as they used to be but for the style conscious hiker, TNF is on point!

Looking splendid with all the lights on. Pity there is a number of empty shops, glad to see Mowgli as busy as ever.

There shops outlet in one place. Come to believe . MacDonald snd children playground. Dr Marten , Polo Ralph Lauren, Mulberry, Boss and so on.

Some awesome discounts and the staff are really helpful.The layout of the shop is really cramped. If it's busy, it can be a little frustrating bumping into others every time someone moves

I wanted to return an online order which wasnt possible in store, it has to be done via local driver pickup. I have no printer at home, but it was no trouble at all for the guy to print me a returns label in store. I think it was the manager, very polite too, that was a great help, thanks!
