Lucy was my guardian Angel on Saturday and I really can’t thank her enough. I travelled to Dundee for my best friends wedding and arrived at McIntyres to find that the appt that I thought I had wasn’t actually booked. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry!Lucy popped in on her day off to see one client and took it all in her stride telling me not to worry and that she would get my hair done for me. The end result was amazing and I would highly recommend her to any wedding party looking for hair ups.Lucy, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You turned what could have been a disaster into an amazing experience.

I got an amazing experience at the salon based on Union street. I was welcomed very well at the reception and then by Carla who did my brilliant haircut. She got really professional manners and she quickly “understood the assignment”. I can tell she even went an extra mile and gave me the best hair dry. After leaving the salon, I felt really special as I got the treatment that I deserve.

My first visit to McIntyres, having just moved into the area, but being impressed by other positive online reviews about the salon and staff. Natasha was my colour consultant and proved extremely knowledgeable and informative about options and the process, listening and acknowledging my views and concerns. I’m in the 55-60 bracket and wanted a natural look covering some grey hairs whilst balancing outgrown low lights and a smattering of highlights. I was very pleased with the end result and will return for a cut in due course.

First time visiting McIntyre's in Dundee and I will definitely be back! I had the joy of Freya cutting and styling my hair along with a cheeky treatment that brought my hair back to life! I was so relaxed and had asked for a shag with fringe and that's exactly what I got. She tailored to my face and I honestly feel like myself not just mummy and been so long since I could say that! Also everyone was so lovely in there, loved the great chat and positive vibes.So thank you and will definitely be back!

The service I received on Saturday was outstanding, Freya was running a bit behind but let me know and gave me options and I was well looked after when I was waiting. I absolutely love my hair, and it is so easy to style, really happy with how it turned out. Would highly recommend Freya if you have wavy hair.

Oh my goodness, this is probably the best hairdressers I have ever been to.I am quite an anxious and shy person but the staff were very friendly and put me at ease from the moment I walked in.The staff were very professional and and did a superb job. They also took time to identify any issues with my hair and advised me accordingly which was amazing. They respectfully told me my hair was dry and asked about my hair routines. From that they were able to give me great advice on what I should/shouldn’t do with my hair and which products would benefit me… This is so different from other places who, in my experience, just cut/style your hair and that’s it.It has been a couple of months since my previous appointment and the health of my hair has never been better and it’s thanks to the advice of the amazing staff here. They truly go above and beyond!I need to rebook soon and I can’t wait to be back.Would recommend this place to everyone.

Went and had a cut and dry. The young girl was very good and was also showing another youngster how to cut short hair. I was offered and accepted a lovely hot chocolate . The salon was lovely and warm too which is welcoming in this bad weather. Thanks for the lovely experience

It was a great experience, was very welcoming from the first minute. My sister and I were hesitant about how we wanted the cut shape and hair length but Taylor and Carla were very professional, understanding and flexible to get what we want 100%. The salon atmosphere is great, everything was clean and smelled nice. I will definitely come back for hair treatments. The one small iusse is the price is a bit high. Highly recommended.

It is always a pleasure coming in to the salon. Natasha is wonderful! She’s is so knowledgeable, gives honest & excellent advice. She takes time to listen & over the months we’ve definitely got my hair the best it has been in a long time & her scalp massage is second to none. I honestly can’t sing Natasha’s praises enough.Refreshments in the salon are fab too makes it feels that little bit more luxurious. I really look forward to getting my hair done, from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave it’s just a really lovely experience
