Couldn't be more appalled by the service from this company. I was sold an alarm with an app with no mention of ongoing annual costs, first I knew of the subscription was when an invoice arrived, the installer drilled right through my newly installed roof and, now the app isn't working properly they're refusing to help me without additional charge!

A good experience, all round. We were kept informed of when the installation guy (David) would arrive and he did at exactly the time advised. David installed our intruder and smoke alarm system in less than two hours and with minimal disruption to us.... he even cleaned up after him, although there was very little mess. The workings of the alarm was explained to us and he watched as we tried it out ourselves before he left. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, who came highly recommended to us.

From our initial visit from Derek for the quotation, through to the installation, iFire's service has been excellent. They have been understanding and patient regarding our issues with broadband activation. The installation ran smoothly and the guys thoughtfully did a tidy job and cleaned up afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

Been a customer of iFire for over 3 years now and not once has there ever been an issue with David or the team. Any problems with my alarm and they are out as soon as possible to rectify it. Always friendly and chatty when carrying out yearly service !

I got ifire to install the security system in my new house. David came out and gave me a very good price and it was installed very quickly as the house had been broken into the day before I got the keys! I couldn't recommend iFire any more, many of my friends and family have since used them and they are all very satisfied with the work carried out!

Job was done well and on time as expected and would recommend.Would have liked a call after install to discuss any questions or issues. Communication could be better with regards to invoicing, payment etc. Also called a few times without an answer.
