Never had a bad experience at this vets practice, never waiting around for long which is good and I would assume fairly priced. Vets are always good with the animals and they get the jobs done quick and efficiently.

Staff were kind and friendly. The Vet especially was very patient with my anxious cat and very attentive. Bit shocked about the bill but maybe best to shop around for prescriptions.

The worst, our dog was registered with them. Phones turned off before their advertised closing time on Saturday afternoon. No details of how to contact their out of hours service on their recorded message, finally found the number buried deep on their website. Our dog was having breathing issues and subsequently died that night. I wonder if things would have turned out differently if we hadn’t wasted so much time trying and failing to contact them and then having to hunt for the out of hours contact details. Clearly this practice is all about profits and nothing to do with animal welfare. Avoid like the plague. Only given one star as I couldn’t post without giving them one.

My cats have been with this vet for years - and I highly recommend them - Garrick especially is excellent and caring. He really does love animals and you can tell - he's not putting it on! He took care of my cat when she swallowed a really nasty grass seed head. I also had to have a cat put down a few year ago and they did it in a very compassionate way.

From start to finish, Garrick and the team at Vets4Pets Harlow are consummate professionals.I have been using the practice for some years now as I transferred from my practice in Huddersfield when I moved here. Since Garrick has been at the helm in Harlow I can offer nothing other than praise for how he and his team have treated my cats.I read that another reviewer had a negative experience when they lost their pet and for that I am truly sorry, sometimes circumstances are not in our favour with our fur kids which is painful and sad. I’d like to share our experience as whilst we too lost our beloved boy, what happened to us was handled by V4P Harlow with sensitivity, care and professionalism.I recently lost one of my cats in truly heartbreaking circumstances and most unexpectedly. It happened on a Saturday at around 5.25pm. I had previously had a horrendous emergency experience with their old out of hours practice, (thankfully they now use the Royal Veterinary College) I really did not want to take him to Romford V4P ever again, so I called our Harlow practice and told them I was attending, PLEASE stay open. When we arrived they were indeed still there for us. We were seen immediately, as a priority, and they stayed open for us. Devastatingly, my boy had a condition from which he would not recover and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. It was unexpected, shocking and traumatic. Grant and Amelia who were on duty that evening treated us with absolute respect and care. Grant explained everything in clear detail. It was so desperately sad, and they performed their roles so sensitively and professionally in such tragic circumstances. I could not have asked for better care; nothing was going to save him, it’s not the fault of the vet's practice, just life, thankfully though at least they could stop his pain for him. The circumstances, whilst unusual for us, Grant and Amelia are trained to handle and did so most sensitively, giving me time to hold my boy, be with him at the end and say goodbye.Ordinarily at V4P Harlow, I see Garrick. I have seen many different vets, and in varying parts of the country as I’ve lived all over the UK and had pets all my life. I believe that it’s difficult to find a ‘good vet’ with a balance between running a profitable practice and showing the correct amount of care for the animals they treat. I would consider Garrick and the team at V4P Harlow one of the best if not the best I’ve ever encountered.Garrick is diligent, professional and caring with my cats, I genuinely could not ask for more. He will always remembers you and the circumstances of your visit, he will find the best solutions, research options where necessary, explain diagnoses/ treatments in very clear, concise detail, and follow up the visit sometimes ridiculously out of hours for their practice with follow up phone calls or emails to check on my pets and their progress.Veterinary care is expensive wherever you go but if you judge quality of care as value for money, then that’s what you get here. I am a firm believer in being able to afford a pet before acquiring one or more, and whilst it will always sting if you get a steep bill for treatment (no one likes spending money on the unpalatable aspects of life) I know that whatever the cost of treating my pets, to keep them in good health and to put them right if they are sick or suffering is worth every penny every time.Thank you Garrick and the team for being there for my cats, and treating them so very well.

I used Vets4Pets to treat my daughter's hamster. Managed to book an appointment for the next day. The person at the reception was great, very polite. The consultation was good, to the point. I would recommend it.

Very good service and fitted us in straight away as our pet was unwell. Explained all his medication that he needed and shared our concerns over his wellbeing.

Because this vets saved my dogs life in 2020 I trust them with her life. They take care of my Ellie and have done since she was a baby. From 3 and a half weeks old to 9 years old. She's constantly checked on for regular health check ups with this practise. Nothing but satisfaction

I am a new customer and needed a vet to check my dogs eye. They were very friendly and competent. I changed from another vets as I wasn't happy there and joining them wasn't a problem. They gave me an appointment within a couple of days. The whole experience was great. The Vet was lovely and informative. The reception team were lovely too. Felt welcomed and at ease. I never understand the high cost of vet bills but that's as with all vets.

We brought our Yorkie to the clinique where he was operated on by Dr. Anna Jones. She was very professional, understanding and reassuring, and explained very well the care that our dog needed post-operation. We are much thankful to her for the professional, efficient and positive attitude that she displayed at every stage. To our surprise, just an hour after the intervention, and he was feeling very well - happy and playful as usual. The price was also reasonable. We are very happy with the overall experience at Vets4Pets, Harlow, and particularly with Dr. Anna Jones. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, skills and attitude!
