Holdfast Cottage Hotel
Just stayed for one night, could have easily stayed much longer. Very homely and comfortable., beds especially comfortable and breakfast very nice. Mark the manager was very nice and we spent a good while chatting about our mutual love of motor racing. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely be back.

Holdfast Cottage Hotel
Holdfast Cottage is a very welcoming hotel. We were made to feel completely at home, the owners engaging us in conversation and showing a real interest in our activities.The room was very comfortable and clean.Breakfast was top notch.The hotel gives excellent value.I have returned to the hotel and will continue to do so.

Holdfast Cottage Hotel
Room had too much furniture in. Paint had dirty marks. Carpet old and didn't look like it had been cleaned. Large gap under door which light from hall shined through. Breakfast a disaster. Bacon unable to cut just broke into small pieces. Baked beans dry. Complained and was given another bowl of baked beans no bacon. Cut short my trip went home a day early. Very disappointed. Deducted some money off the breakfast should have been 12 50 charged 7 pound.

Holdfast Cottage Hotel
Warm welcome from the owner and her faithful companion Wilma. So quiet and peaceful after we had escaped from local well advertised Inn where our room was above the kitchen extractor Fan! Everything worked by plastic. This hotel was a slice of old world charm. Will definitely go again.

Holdfast Cottage Hotel
Lovely cottage feel, nice cozy bedroom and and got a room with a garden view which was big and lovely.However, 3 stars because I could feel springs through the mattress and when you're paying £80 you expect better.

Holdfast Cottage Hotel
Stayed here for 1 night....it is very overpriced for a very small room with no breakfast.Breakfast was an extra £12.50 and had been warmed up in the microwave.At the bar I ordered a Bulmer cider and thought it didn't taste right....when I looked it was 6 months out of date.I wouldn't stay here again...not worth £130.00 with no breakfast.
