The most useless skip hire. From the telephone operator to driver everyone does not have responsibility. Do not recommend. Just waste time, money. Give big stress to the customers.

Reckless driver nearly knocked me and my child off our bike! Blamed us for not wearing high vis in broad daylight! He didn't stop at a junction and had the cheek to blame me, what professionalism from a worker from your company! Pathetic!

Just collected at 11.10pm in a residential street. Have also recorded them collecting at 4am. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful cowboys. If you use them you can expect to spend a lot of time dealing with complaints. They are back at Chelsea Bridge Wharf today - parked under my window at 7.15am crashing about as if they owned the place. A disgraceful 'company'

The staff were extremely helpful when booking the Job over the phone and the driver on site was very prompt and went out of his way to help us. He definitely went above and beyond what was expected! Excellent service

They're never on time and have missed many scheduled collections which I had to pay for! Absolutely unacceptable!I am shocked they do have so many positive reviews here!

Watched as one of their drivers knocked a bloke off a bike on the old Kent road yesterday. Tried to stop him and when I did he clearly didn't care. Dk08ezr do you have mirrors? If so use them when pulling away.

Arranged via a broker. Fly tipping is a big problem in my area so the requirement was to keep the bin locked... it’s always left open. On the most recent collection, the bin was only half emptied (how is that even possible?!) and the lid was left fully swung open... waste of time. Pun intended.
