After a disastrous experience with another company who diagnosed the wrong motor fault on an Invacare scooter we had borrowed, Parkgate came to our rescue. Even though they ordered the motor which I told them to and which proved to be the wrong one, they very calmly sent it back and reordered the right part and fitted and tested everything for their original estimate. At every stage they kept in touch and went the extra mile - always with a sense of humour. Can't thank everyone there enough for their help and expertise, especially Charlie Hodgkinson, Service Engineer Manager. Altogether a great experience.
