Went into Bensons for Beds this week with the intention of purchasing a new bed. However, we walked round the store and could not see one member of staff to help us. We called out ‘hello’ and nobody came out. The desk was empty and we couldn’t hear anyone else in the store.We were really disappointed with the non-existent customer service here. Do they expect you to go on their computer and order the bed yourself?We ended up purchasing a bed from somewhere else which is a shame as the bed I wanted was in this store.

Quite a lot of variety for furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful. Economical price of furniture, especially the mattresses. Usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. They usually have limited stuff in stock. Parking is plenty and free.

We walked into Bensons for Beds today without knowing that we will purchase a Bed & Mattress. As we were looking around thinking which one we should go for, Barbara stepped in to ask if we needed any assistance. She was polite and helped us to make a decision in buying the bed and mattress we were looking for. Barbara has great customer service skills and she patient. She is an asset to the Company.Thank you :)

Very pushy staff, I had about 4 sales team members crowd around while I tried mattresses all desperate for a sale. They then stalk you round the store all in all a rather unpleasant experience.

Wish sales persons weren't sooo pushy, most people know what they are looking for when entering this store so let them have the time to browse for a bit before pouncing on them, it's either that or when you need some assistance there's no sales people around...... ArghhhManagement need training on how to speak to their junior team in front of customers NOT professional and reflects very badly on company!!!!! Urgent training needed, we all have to start somewhere, bet the staff love him..... NOT!!!

Terrible after sales service for top of the range bed purchased. AVOID!Fobbed off time and again. Warranty is a con, unwilling to do anything once they've taken your money.

Really nice bed and helpful staff BUT they should be trained to point out (1) The bed will be flat packed(2) If you buy an extra deep mattress you will have to buy all new bedding! Obvious I know but I don`t buy new beds every day and I would have liked to have been warned. It was quite a job putting the bed together and as I also bought a mattress for the spare bed they both needed new sheets

Decent range of beds available. However, the salesperson has a serious attitude problem. He was utterly classist and judgemental on the amount of money we wanted to spend. Even though we didn't really have a budget, he kept pointing out the prices of every bed we were looking at. We just left as it got obnoxious really quick.That just cost you a customer as we took our business elsewhere. The guy at Sleepright was much more welcoming and we'll be much happier spending £1000s there!
