Amazing service, just completed on my first property. Jenna went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress free. Can’t thank the team enough. Definitely a well managed team by Kerry, Thankyou for making this all as easy as possible.

Danielle was absolutely amazing throughout all the process (which took many months), she was always available, responded emails promptly, checked in and chase other professionals, and was very friendly and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend Abbotts Agents and Danielle!

We used Abbotts to manage our flat. We originally signed up with the manager Dan and things were running well for almost 2 years, but when he left things really went pear shaped.Like the previous reviews, we also had difficulty contacting Abbotts letting department Norwich, always getting the answering machine, long delays with every enquiry, shortage of staff. We constantly had to chase them to get anything done as no-one seemed to know what to do.The manager from Cambridge Zita Goldie was not helpful and very unprofessional with all her communication - not the behaviour you would expect from a manager, and tried to make everything even more difficult.To sum things up:The fully managed service is NOT recommend. You would have to do all the work yourself as mentioned above no one is trained adequately. And once you had enough and ready to terminate the service you must pay for further 6 months from your notice date. THIS IS NOT TRANSPARENT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! We had negotiated a reduced special price of 6% including VAT with the previous manager, but with the current staff it is not worth all the aggravation, unless you have nerves of steel!

I was trying to let a house from them for 2 weeks now. In the first weeks I was calling them houndred times and nobody reply. After that I go to the agency in Norwich to be disappointed one more time. They don't give me any details at first, they said they will send me the video with the house so I was waiting for 3 h and nothing, I go back to the agency and another colleague send me the video and the application form. I send them the application form and I was waiting for a replay when the landlord will get it and I will have a replay. Nothing happened. I was calling them today asking about the house and they said somebody already got it but they Don t even ask for my name. It s impossible to be so disinterested when you got this kind of job. Very disappointed, I was expecting much more

Well what can I say but excellent service from Klaudia Lepp. She puts personal into the experience of buying a house. Throughout looking for a property, Klaudia has regularly rang me and discussed what I am looking for, she then informed me about a house that was coming onto the market which was suitable for our needs. We went and looked and fell in love with it and then left it to Klaudia to help us purchase it, which she did. I honestly think she was our little guardian angel as everything else has not worked out and needless to say we are thrilled and looking forward to moving.Thank you Abbotts for employing this beautiful person.

Shocking. I have been calling them at least once a week for the last month to arrange a simple viewing for a property and kept being told they would call me once viewings begin. They took my contact details at least five times and I even asked to be put on top of the list (which they claimed they did). Lo and behold, I called them again today to ask if I could finally come for a viewing, and the property I’ve been enquiring about for a month has already been let. What the heck is that? Should I have called every single day? This is unbelievable and so, so, so disappointing. Extremely poor communication which is a shame because they seemed like a nice agency with good reviews and decent properties. The worst thing is, the people on the phone are so “nice” it’s hard to stand up for yourself or say anything really.

Danielle was fantastic! The sale was time critical due to mortgages etc. and she went above and beyond to get the sale completed in the required time frame. Danielle's professionalism and friendliness made what was potentially a very stressful situation less so by effectively coordinating with all the parties involved in the sale. Should I require an Estate Agent in the future, I will definitely use Abbotts.Would definitely recommend. Thank you for being so helpful, even after the sale completed!
