Support and communication is non-existent. Have sent 10/11 emails regarding a small issue/enquiry along with 3/4 phone calls, no help or support whatsoever. Withdrew my application, and now I can't even get my admission fee refunded because the finance team are equally as incompetent as the admissions team. Perfect if you admire unnecessary daily stress, otherwise I would run far in the opposite direction.

Possible the worst educational institution in the world. I regret every minute, penny and effort I wasted in this place. A nightmare for international students. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all!

0 support, they are hell-bent on not supporting the students. It’s worse for international students. If you happen to have a resit that exceeds your original visa expiration date, unlike other renowned university they do not offer visa extension sponsorship. While there are some amazing teachers that made my education a bit manageable, others were unskilled in teaching.Probably the worst decision I have made. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster because there isn’t adequate support for any eventualities. My mental health deteriorated massively. I struggled right from getting my CAS till the very end.I often felt like I was being punished. Firstly, I don’t get to attend graduation with my year group cause I’m resitting, your entire result gets capped once you resit and you can’t apply for a graduate route visa once you have a resit.

Support team ? Hello ? Anyone there ?Absolutely no communication, no one answering emails and no one answering phone calls.Update: my original inquiry was to defer, eventually someone called me thinking asking why im not attending the course and explained the whole situation, finally been solved and im starting this yearHopefully that experience doesn't reflect in the education and campus itself

I was SQE2 student with ULaw in face to face classes and I failed the assessment. Face face to classes are absolute waste of time as tutors were not specialists in the area that they were teaching. For example an immigration solicitor was trying to teach in one session of Legal Drafting, all of the subjects including Will, Criminal litigation, Dispute Resolution, Property Law. Every single question was answered by “I don’t know. I am not specialist in this area.” They offer lesser than 5 mock tests and very limited studying materials. For example Legal Drafting in Property Practice is all about filling out conveying forms. In their courses they have just TR1 and TP1 Form. In the assessment that was a form that I had no idea what is this and unfortunately I got 0 on that part. In response of my complaint they said our complaint procedure takes few weeks! While I have just 2 months to prepare for the next assessment in October. Just avoid ULaw. They do not care about their students. Also their Employability is a complete waste of time. They advised me use google to find recruiters. Now I just want to forget about the time and money that I wasted in this so called uni and choose another provider. Very disappointing.

I will preface this firstly by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. If you are thinking of studying here, especially remotely, please think again and consider other options. There is a complete lack of support and communication. My entire experience at the University of Law has been dire. You pay so much money for a 30 minute lecture per module per week. Additionally you pay for your text books which you will essentially be using to teach yourself! It has been an extremely underwhelming and disappointing experience and had I the ability to turn back time I would have chosen a different provider.

ULAW is an amazing school. The faculty's expertise and committment to providing comprehensive legal and business education are commendable. The interactive and practical approach to learning has greatly enriched my understanding of legal concepts. The supportive environment fosters collaboration among students creating a vibrant academic community. The facilities are modern and the staff are always ready to assist. My experience has been both challenging and rewarding, setting a solid foundation for my career.
