Steven has great customer service culture, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, competitive pricing with great knowledge and workmanship to fix our business critical Fracino coffee machine. We just wish we'd found him earlier. We definitely recommend Steven to service and/or fix your coffee machine.

We have an instant coffee machine in the pub. Steve has helped us out on 2 separate occasions where we have had problems with the machine. He provided help and advice over the phone to troubleshoot the problem and talk through solutions. In both our cases Steve was able to provide a solution over the phone without the need for us to have to buy replacement parts - which in past experiences with other companies they are more quick to jump to.
