NORTHGATE BUS STATION

Chaotic place. The station is quite big however there are not too many waiting spaces for passengers. A timetable differs from what you can read on the bus app and what you see at the station. Some buses are unreliable and can be very late or too early. You can't leave the place if you are waiting because your bus can arrive at any moment. There is a convenience store if you are hungry and a small coffee shop which in the evenings at least is not too inviting. If you have a choice use a train or your car to go about.

I don't like when young people use the disable toilets and leave them messy

Buses can sometimes leave early and sometimes late, but overall it's not bad.

The Northgate bus station is nice but they need heaters in it during winter.

Chaotic springs to mind. The screens seem to make up their own stories about which bus is arriving when, and where. Nothing seemed to match up, and if you didn't visually see your bus arrive, there was a good chance to miss it.On the good side, it was covered, and refreshments were available to purchase.
