With the disappearance of so many useful shops and the reduction in the range of practical products carried by supermarkets outlets like this are increasingly valuable. It is crammed with items which are difficult to find elsewhere and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Best local DIY shop in the area.Paints, brushes, padlocks, washing bowls, pegs, Christmas lights, brooms, screws, tools, glue, party plates, candles, disinfectant, bleach, bathroom fittings, buckets, garden stuff, scrubbing brushes, plugs, wires, kitchen utensils, light bulbs, screwdrivers, nails, curtain thingybobs...and I could go on and on and on....Highly recommended.If you don't see what you want... ask.Family run business, always friendly and very helpful.Good prices too.Go find out if the Tool Box has it in stock before you go anywhere else. Prices are very often cheaper than online. Really worth a look.Support local businesses.

Excellent family run business! They sell most things that you need for general DIY, gardening and household items. The prices are very reasonable and decent quality.The guy who runs the shop is so friendly and helpful!If you want to find out if they have certain items in stock just give them a call before you head over.This is now our go too place for general tools, lightbulbs and bits and bobs.
