Cannot thank the lettings team enough, this was my first experience of renting a property and i was apprehensive, but from beginning to end the team , were calm, professional and helpful ,I cannot thank them enough. Special thanks go to Carol for her kindness and patience on the day I went to pick up the keys. I would not hesitate in recommending Aldreds to anyone who is considering buying or renting, great team.

I found the staff at Aldreds to be kind, courteous and efficient, keeping me informed with the property sale. No harassment after initial valuation. Would highly recommend.

All I can say is both times I’ve dealt with Aldred,s regarding a purchase and both times I’ve had Jackie to liaise with. Jackie has been amazing throughout especially the second time because the enquiries were a pain but Jackie made my stress levels calm. Can’t thank Jackie enough for all her help.

Richard is true professional! Without his help and support we would've not get through the process of buying a house. The whole Aldreds Estate team from Great Yarmouth was very helpful. I will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. 5 stars are well deserved!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I've never had a bad experience before like this. Especially with an estate agency.Myself and my husband were looking around for rental properties, and enquired about one that was being advertised by Aldred's. I was called back by a rather rude woman who became annoyed with me upon telling her that a viewing 2 hours from the initial phone call was too short notice, as I don't drive and my husband was at work.I pulled a few strings and managed to make it work, and called back and was met with the same woman, with equally as rude of an attitude.The viewing itself was rather hurried. The estate agent didn't really show us around, either. She just stayed by the backdoor, and left us to it. The place smelt like wet dog, and she assured us that it's because it hadn't been aired out in a while". She even looked like she didn't believe what she was telling us. Even a blind person could see the carpets were disgusting

After owning a Holiday Chalet at California Sands for over 3 decades, now is the time to reluctantly sell it. I am delightedthat I instructed Aldreds. All 3 people I dealt with were polite and courteous. In the latter stages of the sale I dealt exclusively with Jackie. It is always a bit of a minefield, as it is always the Purchasers and sellers dealing with each other. I wish i could rate the lettings department higher! I have let through them for a large number of years and they are the most supportive, understanding, wonderful people to let a property from.
