Owner very rude. I had a flat tire and needed to get get home. He was not interested in this and was very sarcastic. He just walked off and left me there in the store with my bike, then his son comes out, very pleasant and offers help to me, he was very helpful and fixed my tire issue.

Not a welcoming feeling at all, I wanted a new bike so went in to look around at my own leisure the owner made me feel very uncomfortable by following me around the shop and any questions I asked he was abrupt towards myself so I walked out and took my custom elsewhere

Out standing care for my daughter's bike! came in while he was busy and he stopped everything to sort her bike out there and then charged for just the puncher and not for extra little bits to make it safe,it may be far out for where we would normally go but glad we went now my daughter is out on her bike again, thankyou

Went to enquire about replacing two tyres, one had a puncture. Chris was very busy servicing bikes, answering the phone and questions from myself and other customers. He had the tyres for my bike in the shop and kindly agreed to replaced both tyres and innertubes whilst I was there. Very knowledgeable and professional, I will be going back there again.

Called CJ's Cycles earlier this morning to ask if they could put on a new pedal that I was struggling with. Advised to take it in and they would have a look. Received a lovely cheery welcome and the guys had it fitted in a couple of minutes. Cannot recommend enough, thank you so much CJ's!

Went in about two months ago 20 mins before closing as my bike chain and broke usually I’d go to my friends garage to get it fixed but they weren’t there so I went here and the guy said “can’t do it I’m closing early cos I have no customers” which was a huge lie as I was there asking for help so this left me stuck walking home when it was really cold and hammering it down in rain down to rossall as my bike was Unridable basically been in browsing other times and the staff was nice it was just this person that was rude

Helpful owner but the cycles are in the higher price bracket so not one for people looking for bikes at the cheaper end of the market. They may carry some cheaper ones in the future but currently have supply issues.
