Quality has gone down a since last year, either new management or they stopped caring. Order was totally wrong, ice cream was rancid - must have been allowed to melt and refrozen many times. Whipped cream from a cheap spray can. Last year the cream was real and they cared about their customers. Awful experience

Excellent desserts, we ordered the cookie dough, churros, and French toast. The cookie dough was incredible! Super gooey and the chocolate was warm and full of flavour, will certainly be returning

My kids loved the ice cream and it tasted fresh. It was a very generous scoup so I would say it's also good value for money. I ordered an apple pie with custard, the pastry was soggy, the filling incredibly sweet, the custard was just standard shop bought, and it was served with caramelized sugar on the plate which not only was it unecessary, but also incredibly dangerous on how hot the plate was, considering I had young children and a toddler with me.My daughter loved the decoration and the kids after they got their really high kick of sugar on their system, they inevitably started running around. The staff was kind enough to not tell me off while I was trying to calm them down.It's a new store and a lot of care has been put into it, their ice cream is good, if they fix a few more things on their menu, I am sure they will be great! We will be visiting again for the ice cream!

I came back to this place. And it has improved so much. The menus look great and the taste of the food is better. The guy was polite and helpful. It’s always very clean inside.The Tiramisu was amazing and so was the Piña colada.. unfortunately the karak chia wasn’t great hopefully they will improve on it.

Ordered for the first time on UberEats and had to come back and eat in!Me and my family had 2 waffles: Strawberry Delight and Monkey Business. LOVED both!The staf was also really friendly!Will definitely come back!Overall 5/5!

Very nice experience with friendly and welcoming staff. The desserts were freshly prepared and of good quality. Clean and nicely kept place. Highly recommend

Here now! Really baddddd, customer service. All I wanted for is my milkshakeTo look like how they are advertising it in their menu. Instead got a milkshake in a plastic takeaway cup with no trimmings on it! Staff got rude and offensive when I questioned…where is the owner of manager! Got told to go look for them!Been here twice before and never had a problem! Not coming back here again! No wonder place is totally empty.
