Royal Mail website says open until 2pm on a Monday. Get there and it's closed and says 12pm. Wasted journey. Only reason having to pick stuff up is because sometimes our post person doesn't use the doorbell and just posts a card. Have added a photo of the times as of today but who knows when they will change again

Open 2 hours a day (except Saturday when they have a whopping 4!). Postie was happy to deliver to our Safeplace but for some reason a particular item keeps getting sent back to the collection office.

If you work there is no way of collecting your item when the office closes at 10? And if you’re not in during the day you can’t take deliveries. Why can’t there be a collection time during the evening for a couple of hours?

Popped over there today to see if we could send some pre-paid parcels from there. The gentleman we spoke to was so helpful! He came out to meet us with our parcels as they were too big to fit through the window. He then showed us how they log the parcels and let us know when they'll be collected. Very friendly and great customer service too! Above expectations.

Walked half an hour to pick up a parcel, arrived at 6.45 on Tuesday, gates locked! gate even has the opening times open until 7pm and on and the website too! What hours do you actually work?
