This place is amazing they do everything they can to help with your pets health issues,The staff love animals so you know that they are cared for some of the best people out there.If you can donate to them when they help your pet it is really appreciated as it all goes to looking after the animals.

A good charity and always helped me with my pets. I know they help lots of people and a shame there isn't more people to help us out. A good day for my dog today and he was treated well.

Will not see my dog with very painful ears due to staff shortages! So I have to let him suffer which is cruel! Or I could hand him over to a rescue that are overrun with lockdown pets and bursting at the seems!I am on a low income due to circumstances beyond my control and my dog has to suffer the consequences of that!I am not a regular user of the pdsa, in fact I’ve used them probably 3 times in about 5 years and have made a contribution each time!I have tried my hardest to treat my dog with products I have bought and therefore have tried to avoid using this service at all, I am absolutely disgusted in the attitude of leaving an animal to suffer!

Great vets have been to me when funds are low.... Thank you to all Vets Staff at pdsa I really do appreciated what you did for my beautiful cat Tigger bird.... Sadly I have lost him now when he passed away on Sunday 5th April 2020.... Always in my mind heart and soul forever missed... I love that little boy so very much... it is Not the same without him here with me... But I will have his ashes soon upon his return to me.... Sad to say that I won't be back to pdsa as I am not getting another.... Can't ever replace Tigger he was my amazing big part of my life.... Sadly missed forever...

Amazing and compationate let me stay with my cat that unfortunately had to be put to sleep.

they looked after ellie as they ways do shes a monster nothing phases them ..even if she wont do as shes told thank you

I cannot fault the time and work that they put in at the pdsa. What a lot of people do not realise is there a charity all donations go on medication to help other animals if people don't like it I suggest they stop complaining and use a none charitable vets were you pay 48 pound just to see the vets before they treat and then charge another amount for treatment plus if u need to take your pets back just for a check up it's 40 pound just for a checkup if you dont want to use the pdsa but cannot afford a none charitable vets don't get a pet are stop complaing

Several of the reception staff and one if the vets were pretty rude at this place, with poor customer service skills. The vets seem to be different each time with no consistency. They prioritised money over our old dogs options and we felt she would have had a better chance if we had been better informed of wider options sooner. The senior vet was good but overall I would not trust this service again with my pets health.
