Service was poor. The key holder arrived late to kids a party.When service hot beverages they were cold.Arrived for a kids party to be told there were too many adults.Play area was pretty good. Not huge but big enough for kids up 6/7years old

One of the best soft places I’ve been too, wonderful and friendly staff, amazing for children’s partys they get involved and let you relax, amazing prices on food and drink, have delicious home made cakes and very clean

Really nice venue but the staff let it down. Didn't explain that no outside food allowed, nor where facilities were or how long the session was. Won't come back because of them.

Really small place to take the kids. Such a shame as I've read lots of good reviews. Feels claustrophobic, could be difficult to get in due to the steps outside the entrance, buggy area at the front only has space for 2 buggies, someone came in after me & inconsiderably left their scooters on the floor behind my buggy making it even more difficult to get out of here. Small play kitchen area dilapidated & something I'd expect to see at a local stay & play group - not something I'd expect to pay £4.50 for. Main jungle gym area extremely small, with the two biggest kids sat throwing balls in the baby area made it too dangerous for my baby to play in. Staff do not engage with parents or kids to reinforce any rules which they have on a sign on the wall, so I imagine it can be chaos here. One friendly staff member on duty who forgot which coffee was mine & I'm not a big fan of sharing the same sugar as everyone else as they don't offer individual condiments. The place felt dirty & a bit sticky, I think the building is just too small for this kind of business. Kids need space & it's way too cramped in here. Only saw one CCTV camera which was located on the main door, there might be more cameras I couldn't see but child safety should be paramount not an afterthought. Stayed 20 minutes & was glad to leave.

Really great place for the kids and the parents! Brilliant play centre for toddlers and older kids, and the cafe is reasonably priced with great coffee and snacks! We go regularly and the kids absolutely love it!

I went there for a 5 year old birthday party, my God. If you only looked at the demeanour of the staff, you will think it was a funeral, no smiles, no interaction with the kids, I don't know if it is because there were black kids but I am never going back there. Their behaviour was very unwelcoming.

Nice little soft play for younger children. I took my baby ( 10month) and the baby area was clean but quite small. Would have been nice to have been a bit bigger.There is a lot of seating which is in close proximity to the play area. Snacks, drink and hot food available ( I didn't have any so can't comment). Parking can be tricky - there are a few parking areas in 5mins walk away though. 2 steps to contend with before you get to the door - just an FYI as most will come with a pram.

Clean, tidy play area. Not the biggest soft play, but it has 3 tiers and nice layout. Kept my 5 and 2 year old very happy for a couple of hours. Toilets are clean and convenient. Cafe area has some nice looking cakes, scones etc and food and drink is a good price. 50p toast, £2 coffee. No car parking at the site, but plenty nearby on streets and car park. Staff were friendly and available.

Great play area with friendly staff. Comfy seats for adults and right by the kids entrance so you can sit and relax without worrying your kids are going to escape. Well led party games run by the staff and nice selection of beverages

Not very busy the day we took our granddaughter as it was term time. She loved it especially the slides. Booked a party there for her 3rd birthday!
