It took almost an hour for four of us to get our meals.When we had finished eating, the table wasn’t cleared. I eventually moved the dirty dishes myself to a nearby empty table where the previous diners dishes had been left - and they had left at least half an hour earlier!The place has huge potential but, it needs a manager who is able to keep on top of the running.There is nothing more off putting to people in a restaurant than bad service.Morpeth town has several superb eating places so unfortunately, unless trusted friends tell me the service is much improved, we won’t be going back.

First visit, extremely impressed. Only ordered tapas style plates for lunch. £12.50 for a choice of three. Wide variety and lots of vegetarian options.It’s a self ordering system via a QR code or order at the bar. Drinks arrived very quickly and food followed in a timely manner. Really impressed and will definitely be going again.

Excellent value for money on Tapa's Tuesday. Food was delicious. Seemed a bit chilly in the seating area but when mentioned to the manager he immediately responded by turning up the heating

Lovely staff, excellent food, and there is actually a Vegan menu, with a fabulous choice. This is such a lovely space too, I sat in a corner on really comfy sofa, but there is a range of seating to suit all. What a wonderful find!

Our 1st visit today and we were very impressed with the friendliness & quality of food. We turned for brunch & had a “lounge breakfast” & “Lounge egg” both very nice and the home made drinks were lovely. We plan on going back again soon.The only constructive criticism is that all the staff were dressed differently & although smart it might be better to have some sort of dress code as they could have been a member of public

Gorgeous new place in morpeth I love it!! I had the nasi gorang which since leaving malaysia was a lovely and just as good as the locals make it. I was very impressed. Definitely recommend

What an amazing visit I shared with my husband today the food was fantastic we had the tapas.It is my birthday and I was made to feel very special, I was wished happy birthday by all the staff including by some goofy signs which of course I loved and given a free glass of fizz.Loved this place. Would definitely recommend xx

Sadly our experience was not the best,whilst your staff are very polite there appears to be no consistency in the actual waitress work. So many items not available, app not working, confusion at the bar when ordering, mains arriving with no sides , sides arriving as mains were almost finished, staff happy to begin serving dessert whilst the table was still laden with empty plates I had to ask for the table to be cleared before anymore desserts were brought out ordered drinks at bar was told they would be brought to table, they were left on a tray and eventually we collected them ourselves. Yes there were other customers in but it was no where being busy. I have over 35 years experience in the hospitality trade and these are all issues that could and should be addressed with good training and front of house leadership.
