Good dessert and ambience !Recommend the pistachio crêpe !!Only wished I had ice cream as mentioned in the menu rather than whipped cream.

Visited on weekend. I Had a coffee which was really nice. My daughter had a waffle which was absolutely gorgeous. Very friendly staff and will be going back!

My first time and last time.Extremely rude welcome. 7 of us walked in and the young male staff immediately told us that we all must order to eat and gave us a rude cold glares. We're all mature adults (in our 40s) so it was very disrespectful to be treated like suspects as we walked in, no smile, no greetings, we brushed it off.Sat down, ordered 7 teas, many cakes and sheesha to start.The place was literally empty and our teas arrived 30 minutes late. Ordered online for delivery as a Saturday night treat. Incorrect toppings on waffles and no ice cream was delivered either.They wouldn’t answer their phone when trying to contact them.

I've ordered here before and it was great (even if late) but the most recent experience was one to forget. It arrived over 3hrs late, was told it would be 15/20 minutes and was on it's way (at 10.30pm) but on the 3rd call (after 11pm) they admitted they had missed the order and would send it out. Nearly asleep by 11.30pm, I opened the door to my order being passed to me, a hello and no Sorry... What's worse was the quality of the food (please see attached) it's as if they were annoyed at me as they had to send it out late (over 3hrs after I ordered) No care, burnt cookies and a sprinkle of chocolate sauce on each one. Previously they looked and tasted amazing. They obviously didn't know I had ordered before and wouldn't know the difference. The first order, they put in kinder bueno and other chocolate pieces and it was unbelievable. This not so much. I expected extra care with my food or something extra in my order as an apology, but I had the opposite. I've deleted my account and unsubscribed and won't be ordering again unless they apologise and improve their service!

Nice desserts that taste lovely but ordering online is an exercise in dissapointment. Promises of ice cream with a waffle only to be denied such a basic item on multiple occasions, along with said waffle being cold. Maybe it's nice going in person but the inability to fulfill basic orders several times makes me not want to bother.

Ordered through Uber eats, delivered by a decent time. Sent us a wrong item which was the main item we ordered. Could only get a minimal refund through Uber eats but couldn't get in touch with the shop after ringing 15 times. We didn't want a refund we just wanted the item we ordered and waited an hour for.

Ordered a create your own waffle with strawberries X2 and Nutella + Belgium chocolate with mint choc chip ice cream, ended up having 1 type of chocolate, no strawberries, but had blue berries and raspberries, and the ice cream was vanilla Mr whippy with after ate piece's itAbsolutely terrible, of you do not have the items take it of the menu, don't substitute with things that people could potentially be allergic to without checking
