A short visit this time. Once again excellent service from the ladies running the cafe. Good quality food and coffee. Cafe not open Monday and Tuesday. Well worth a visit.

Such a shame the service is so dysfunctional as the food is great and the venue perfect. The system for delivering food is not working and could be improved easily with some new processes. 40 minutes wait for coffee and cake.

Great place to call if you're anywhere near. Moving museum upstairs. Small aircraft add to the attraction. Very nice indeed.

Food was OK but place let down by untrained young staff, at least 4 did not have sense to bring dirty plates cupsback to kitchen when they took food drinks to customers. Result, every table outside covered in dirty plates and cups which was a field day for wasps, inside tables were full of dirty items and not wiped over before food brought out. Please give at least today's 4 girls training, don't just bring food and flick hair, take dirty items away and wipe tables. It would have been nice to sit out at clean tables and then there wouldn't have been a wasp problem. Common sense and hygiene??

The food was really very good but there was a distinct lack of organisation which resulted in really poor customer service. I was one of a number of customers who had to chase up parts of our orders and apparently fulfilling an order that required the drink and food to arrive together was just too difficult. When I eventually left my hot food in order to chase up my coffee the waitress told me that I’d need to wait even though I explained that my food had arrived. And no, it wasn’t down to shortage of staff: there were plenty of staff. I note that I’m not the first to make this criticism.

Superb, Coffee, Cake and Food and a very thought provoking museum detailing the airfields wartime past and it’s people. Really friendly staff and a superb place to relax.

Lovely cafe very nice food good price. Best cup of tea I have had for ages could have drunk a gallon of it.Clean tidy seating area inside and out.It is Thursday so not to busy easy to get seating for 4 of us.Recommend a visit.

It was my dad's bomber base so if I can support it in any way I will tne bacon sarny was good too
