Bad attitude, went in to buy a framus Capri old time guitar told me to stop playing as he was given a lesson, sorry I didn't see the sign on the door saying closed while giving lesson there again there WASN'T ONE so I left with cash in my pocket, my advice to any shop owner is to welcome your customers as it helps keep you in business

A great shop carrying a small but carefully curated selection of high quality instruments. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable. Had several repairs done through The Guitar Loft and their attention to detail was far superior to that of larger shops in Newcastle.
