Alex was nothing but amazing. He had the car ordered and handed the keys to us in a month! He was fair and considerate and made the whole journey easy and well explained. I had such an amazing experience from start to finish at MINI Solihull. Tileah was absolutely faultless in the way she dealt with me, really taking into account what it was I was looking for and really investing in me to find the best deal possible for me. Along the way she always made me feel in control of my decision and like she was on my team. When it came to the financing, Sam went out of his way to make sure I completely understood everything and explained everything in such an easy way for me to understand. Tileah constantly kept in touch whilst I was waiting to pick up my new car and was genuinely as excited as I was when the day finally came. Ian again talked me through all the financing so well and made all the ‘difficult and boring’ things seem easy. I can’t fault the way I was made to feel throughout the whole process of buying my first car, thank you to all but especially Tileah!

Had to take my car in due to an issue i believed was under warranty. As with most companies i expected a battle re this.How PLEASANTLY suprised i was. Absolutely no quibble re warranty. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Offering refreshments and keeping me updated. Once they knew a part had to be ordered and i needed to leave the car until the end of the day. I had a Taxi ordered for to get home. Then once the car was ready to collect i was called and told we will order you a taxi to collect you.I picked up the car and it had been washed and cleaned inside.I was very impressed with the whole process. Well done to the staff.
