i will recommend very highly om sai jewellers in hounslow west with my experience.i went to buy something with my mother they give very good advice about the gold item. that’s very nice experience with them.

Just visited the shop. Great selection and choice.Had an issue with the piece that I brought the staff was more than happy so sort this out. No questions asked.The owner was very accommodating, great customer service.Will go there again.

Please do not waste your time energy and money In this shop.I had a disaster purchasing an item with them and they cheated me with the quality of the product they sold. On the top of that their behaviour and the way of communication just made this worst.I am already going through consumer advise to take action against them however, it wasted my time money energy and trust that I had put in them as a consumer.There is nothing good to even step inside the shop from their behaviour by this I am talking about the Gentleman who’s the owner of this shop very rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy person. They’ve no price display what so ever and the jewellery they’re selling goes kaput within few months from the purchase.If you visit and request them a repair for the product which would be still in warranty they will play with you to charge money and try to make the fault on you.*Please do not go to them*

Never buy anything from OM SAI JEWELLERS (HOUNSLOW WEST). They take your money and don’t give the items you bought. And never pay in advance, because you won’t get the items. The owner is very rude and threatened me and my mum and said he won’t give the items and won’t refund me either. He manipulates the situation and portrays himself as if he is right. I will never recommend them to anyone. Everyone, be careful that you don’t get into the fraud.

Excellent shop with wide variety of jewels to choose from. The staffs were very friendly and accommodative. We bought gold ear rings.Would highly recommend this shop.

Very humble and polite Seller (I have read the other reviews but my experience was totally different)I can't say of the price but very genuine Product - weight wise and of course it looks amazing. Will definitely recommend
