Sent 6 boxes to Japan. The boxes arrived 6 days later. The whole process was made so easy. By far the most competitive quote I received. The service I received was Excellent! Highly recommended to anyone looking to post parcels abroad! I will definitely be using again in the future.

Avoid this company at all costs. Booked two parcels for collection. Both double card board boxed with black shrink wrap and two address labels on each. Have photos of parcels, signed collection receipts and CCTV footage of TNT driver collecting them. Despite all this they are lost?! Customer service are quick to tell you that you have no claim because of this term and condition or that. No apology, no refund, no help. Just the most awful company to deal with

They MUST change their return policy to be considered a valid option for posting parcels. Currently they will only accept returns up to 7 days after posting. Since most selling platforms allow buyers 30 days to dispute returns this leaves postage supermarket customers no way to claim for lost parcels for the vast majority of the buyers claim period.Please explore other options before ending up stuck with the cost of lost items. This company is not customer focused and it will be it's downfall.

I was very nervous having the read the reviews here, but needn’t have worried. The service was excellent and my large parcel to the US arrived quickly and safely. Angela in customer services was very helpful and efficient. Will use them again

I booked a DHL collection for my ecommerce sale. It should've next day collection. Nobody appeared on the next day. I have waited 1 more day. Nobody appeared. I called DHL and they do not have any clue about this firm nor my order! Then I cancelled the order and asked for refund. They said my will be refunded in 5 days. It has been 10 days today and there is still no money. Totally scam company.

SCAM. Absolutely disgraceful company and customer service. I sent a package 10 months ago from London to Brazil and paid extra for protection. After 2 months of no tracking updates, it said it was in Customs in Brazil. Then the partner courrier said delivery was attempted but no one was in and a note was left. The apartment has 24/7 security, the delivery attempt was a lie and no note was left. I had no replies to my numerous emails and calls and last month I got an email saying the item is back in the UK and I have to pay 20 quid to release it! The company entered into a never ending email argument with me using different ridiculous points. First they said I did not provide a reference number with my query (I did), then they said the courier had entered the delivery attempt wrong and it was just held in customs and sent back because no one collected it despite a phone call (we never received a phone call), then they said my goods were prohibited (it wasn't) and finally they said the protection I paid for only covers lost goods, not goods held for ransom from a scam company. AVOID AVOID. Just go straight with someone like Royal Mail or TNT with decent customer service and tracking. What a disgrace and 70 quid i'll never get back.

Booked 2 parcels with Yodel through Postage Supermarket 05 May 2023.Parcels ceased moving a few days after shipping, queried on 12 May 2023 and was told they would look into it.Angela was very helpful to begin with although contradicting herself several times over the course of this issue. First I was told my 2 parcels were delivered despite no tracking update, signature or GPS.I explained my parcels hadn't been received by the recipients and asked to keep querying, I was then told Yodel has confirmed the parcels x2 had been returned back to Postage Supermarket NOT ME.Postage Supermarket said they hadn't but Yodel are adamant they have been delivered to them. So basically Yodel and Postage Supermarket are arguing about who has my parcels!Months later Hutch" replies after me being ignored for weeks

Package I sent from the uk to Cyprus as was easier and cheaper to send than carry back on flight for myself. 7-10 days I paid for. Took ten days to arrive in Cyprus. Not to me. Then I am contacted via Parcelforce/postage carrier here that I have customs charges to pay for before collecting my items. Contacted Postsgesupermarket to ask the reason and the response was simply we have no control over the customs charges and it must be paid before collection. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. A very unhappy first time customer.
