We have used A-Plan for our business insurance for a few years now because they are excellent; personal, efficient and always provide 5* customer service. I have recently started a new policy and the whole process was very smooth. Steve Elborn is fantastic at what he does, remembers the small details and always goes above and beyond. He deserves a raise :P

My Experience of A Plan is always 5 star- have been a customer for over 10 years. One year I tried a ‘compare’ style site- never again- slightly cheaper but when I had a claim I couldn’t get hold of anyone. This year we had a hit and run accident and Tom of the A Plan claims department went above and beyond to help My husband and I through the claim. Today I spoke to Lewis Hands who talked me through our house insurance renewal with a good balance of professionalism and humour. A great price as always. Don’t go anywhere else - use A Plan

Although we couldn’t proceed with a policy I just want to acknowledge the great service we had and Gregory’s good advice for my son regarding age/driving/insurance. Thankyou. I have used A Plan in Swindon twice this year and on both occasions the service I have received has been first class. The first time was for home insurance and the second time was for car insurance.
