Had a bacon and egg on toast bacon was hard another well over cooked or left over from previous day and reheated there not really set up to be doing breakfasts if you have to keep stuff warm in a pie oven consequently ended up with stomach pains me and my mate and diaorea

What a miserable lot they are in this place! I thought I'd try it seeing as though it's on my doorstep, but I won't be returning. Felt like I was being rushed also, but they weren't closing for a couple of hours. The pastries were dry, didn't taste fresh at all. Maybe they'd been in the window too long. Seemingly a long established bakery, but I didn't find either the staff or produce reflect this.

I have autism so I am awkward in social situations however the ladies at the counter were so kind and polite. I was stressed about being in new place with so much choice but the staff were so sweet and helped me out with suggestions. I ended up getting mushroom chicken pastry and a rhubarb cake, both so delicious I have inhaled them!I never thought of this bakery much as I have always seen it closed since it closes so late but I might come here regularly for a little treat. Thanks a lot!

Really love this place, especially when I'm visiting nearby Element Games. Friendly staff, good prices. Decent sandwiches, particularly their bacon and sausage butties, but the real reason I go there is the cake choices. Simply delicious! Add a cup of tea and you're set for an afternoon.

Fantastic bakery, had exactly what I wanted, very fast friendly service. Took cards, came here because chippy next door was cash only.

Food is first class. However, I do wish the staff would stop wearing the same disposable gloves for both food and giving change.

I go here and often get a cheese pasty or quiche... , lovely sandwiches and cakes too.and nice friendly staff x
