Top quality service from Raheel fixing a previous bad haircut. He knows his stuff and explained the process properly about bringing my trim back to life!

Went in randomly as needed beard trimmed for a meeting. Came out looking horrible. Lady just got a pair of clippers and starts taking hair off. No idea of how it currently looks and left the beard patchy around the chin. Waiting for beard to grow back but never again will go here. My mistake.

Unfortunately not a great experience, tried this place out after seeing the social media ads - asked for a pretty standard no. blade back and sides with a trim on top. Didn't look right at the end, felt like he hadn't trimmed my sides at all or the back apart from the neck area. Asked the barber to tune up the sides a bit more but barber didn't do much - wasn't sure to ask how else to correct it then.Ended up going back to my regular barber the same day to 'correct' the cut and he agreed I'd not gotten what I asked for. Think the barber was fairly young and maybe inexperienced so probably just a once off and willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but would be reluctant to return unfortunately.

1st time customer. Was in need of a clean up after a messy haircut abroad. Thanks to the skills and kindness of Mohammed, he saved me with my best haircut. Thanks very much Mohammed, and I’m looking forward to my next cut with you.

Great experience and hair cut from Ranil, i enjoyed my first visit at Cutbox, will definitely comeback.

So if I wait 10 to 15 minutes for your barbers to finish up (with an appointment already in), that's fine and dandy... but if I'm 10 minutes late because of the tube strike, bye bye, they don't give a *** about your time. Last time I'm using this place, I've wasted enough of my time.

I've had good expereinces here and each time with a different barber. But, the last haircut was a disaster and I am sure, with a mirror and a scissors I could have done something similar. Four stars for the other barbers that cut my hair but sorry that the last expereince was a disaster and I just have to give it a low score. I then went somewhere else a week later to get it balanced. Not impressed

Quite quickly became a regular because of Liborio. He’s great with customers, has good friendly chat and most importantly gives a great haircut and service. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

I used Raheel on my first visit to cutbox and he was nothing less than amazing! Great customer service and a perfect Skin fade to go with it! Usually new barbers struggle with my hair because it grows in different directions, but he done it with ease! I've definitely found a long term barber now!! Would highly recommend
