Dental Scotland Falkirk | Invisalign, NHS & Private

I've been to several different dental surgeries in the area and this is the only one I've been to where I've felt completely at ease. I also took my 8 year old daughter who was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and the receptionist was so lovely that by the time we got in to see the actual dentist she was very calm. The dentist himself was lovely to us both and explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it which kept my daughter calm. 100% recommended.

This Dentist is Truly Something Else, I received a few different treatments there and for someone that’s not very keen on dental appointments, I LOVED GOING HERE…. Because that’s how at ease they made me feel.My dental treatment was PERFECTION, every time leaving me VERY HAPPY!!The Staff here are the Best I’ve ever experienced in all of MY LIFE!!I’m now 46.Absolute Godsend this place.Thankyou so much guys for all you done for me, Godbless

Registered as an NHS patient. Was quick and easy, got an appointment very easily and dentist was great. Did an examination and also got another quick appointment to get work done.Was incredibly nervous but the dentist and his dental nurse put me at ease and made sure I was fine throughout. Made sure I knew what was going on and the work was great! Happy to have my review in 6 months.

Was registered at stirling branch of this practice, moved home to falkirk. Due to my mental health alot of the time With out and signs in advance I can't leave the flat or travel to Stirling. I admit I have missed a few appointments at stirling but always pay the £40 charge which is ridiculous. I am due stirling £40 which I explained I'd pay in a few days. Falkirk said they won't let me register cause I missed to many appointments at stirling even though I was going to pay the outstanding balance at stirling. I have a huge hole in my tooth and require root canal treatment and am in pain and suffering. They Don't care. All this company care about is money before the patients health, dental care and well being regardless of their situation. Stay well clear of this company I have read they mess up patients teeth worse than they were before. Try another dental firm.

I have never had a bad experience in this dental practice, reception staff and dentist and nurses are so professional helpful and I love coming here! Can’t recommend enough

I got an exam and scale and polish today by Taher and Sylvia. They made me feel very comfortable along with Cheryl who was at the reception. Highly recommend this practice!!!

My Partner Alan had treatment at this Dental Surgery, and he is very happy about how thorough they are and how they care for everyone's different needs. He is a very nervous person, but he said they always made him feel comfortable and made sure he was ok, he said best dentist he has ever been to, which means a lot as he avoids going to medical places. Experienced and very polite staff that make you feel welcome. He had to have a root canal and was very nervous about the injection but they helped him through it and he said it wasn't painful and also afterwards he felt ok, he said he is very pleased and would recommend.

Used to be a great dentist until new staff appeared. I missed ONE appointment due to family emergency, and they deregistered me and left me in pain with an absess knowing that I wouldn't be able to find another dentist quickly as nobody is taking on new patients.Also the current dentist is very abrupt, no patience with children at all. I'm looking into taking this further as I've Been treated absolutely terribly. My children are still registered here unfortunately but as soon as I find another dentist they will be leaving also.

Receptionist really lovely, friendly and chatty. Dental team all perfectly nice, albeit straight to the point but explain everything thoroughly and answer my million questions with no problem.
