There was a hair in my food and not one staff member even apologised Or Comped my meal. The chicken and lamb was dry and service was really slow. When I ordered a starter it came after my meal and me and my family were the only people in the restaurant. It’s not traditional Caribbean food. Please don’t waste your money!

First, I can’t fault the food, it was great and kudos to the chef. However I would advise against going during busy periods because the wait is a long one.At the time of our visit, there weren’t enough serving staff; we arrived when there was one other table occupied and one person waiting on tables. We still had a long wait, first to order, and until our order was served, by which time they were juggling online orders and there were more customers and yes, some customers did complain about the wait.I would suggest if there’s a problem with staffing, have a booking only system, that way you can serve a number you can accommodate.

The food and drink were great. Recommed the cod fritters & curry goat washed down with dutty gyal cocktail. The staff were lovely but we were a large party in a busy restaurant which seemed to cause confusion & long delays.

Amazing experience, the food was so good. A rare gem in Carribean cuisine. The restaurant interior is colourful and they played a wonderful selection of reggae music. The meals are authentically cooked to a phenomenal standard and the staff are good vibes.

Twice we just turned up for lunch and the service and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend to all my friends to eat here and so far no one has been disappointed. The atmosphere, the food, the ambience is all on point. I look forward to dining here again real soon

Just bought as a treat the food is dry. Staff are rude. My plantain is black. The rice taste like microwave rice and is tasteless with no peas. The coleslaw is not Jamaican. No vegetarian options

I'll start by saying the food here is exquisite authentically cooked to perfection with generous portions. I had the jerk fish and did not expect for it to taste as amazing as it did- compliments to the chef(s)!! Now, unfortunately I have to mention the dire service experience. On the plus side, the staff were kind and accommodating, however the restaurant is severely under staffed and quite disorganized. My recommendations are as follows:1. Hire more staff, on a big Saturday night where it's likely that you will be booked because your food is so delicious it's important to ensure there is enough staff to wait on the tables so customers are not waiting for 45 minutes for their drinks and starters.2. Invest in a more modernised and efficient ordering and billing system for diners to use, maybe an iPad ordering system where orders go straight to the kitchen freeing up your staff tend to other customer needs.3. Hire separate bar staff, one lady taking orders AND making drinks for 50 people is impractical and inefficient.4. Serve guests drinks first before serving starters, this is an absolute dining custom - we waited a long time to receive water; this should be one of the first things that is offered to the table as soon as we sit down instead 50 minutes after I arrived. 4.5. All waitresses serving food should wear an apron to protect themselves and provide a clean and assuring aesthetic when serving food. Unfortunately, our young waitress was holding our hot plates with the sleeve of her jumper, which I'm sure is violates health and safety practice and looks extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. At least an apron or waitress towel would suffice.6. Prioritize your dine-in guests over your delivery patrons; we were left waiting a long while because service staff were busy organizing deliveriesIt's unfortunate that our experienced here was heavily tainted by under staffing and a few poor practices. I would love to see this restaurant flourish because the food really is amazing. With a bit more thought behind the organization and management of the restaurant it really can become the best Jamaican restaurant that London has to offer.

Me and the Mrs went there for date night and the food was great. The drinks were very strong but the staff there admitted they've never made those cocktails. The waitress could of been more bubbly and more active. Can't fault the food. Interior could do with a bit more life.
