Chronic. After being told that we were really low on fuel they neglected to deliver 4 times until we cancelled. They also said it was absolutely going to arrive and it didnt. Went to Stoddards.

This was my first purchase of oil through Boiler Juice. When I found out that the delivery company was Watson fuels, and read the number of negative reviews I became rather concerned as my oil stock was getting low. Boiler Juice gave me a couple of dates for delivery within the order window". Both dates were missed and no oil delivered. Despite emails and phone calls to both boiler juice and Watson ( Stoke )

Ordered 6 days in advance and agreed earliest possible delivery on the agreed day. Driver hadn’t turned up by 11.10am so I telephoned and was promised an urgent call back with an update. By 1.30pm I still hadn’t had the delivery or received a call back. Delivery finally turned up at 2.45pm, driver oblivious of any issue, so no apology whatsoever. Then had to chase for a refund as under delivered on quantity ordered and paid for in advance. Will never order again from these clowns.

Ordered with boiler juice 27th Feb, delivery to be completed on or before 5th March by Watson, waited in all day today, nothing, no delivery, no phone call. Contact boiler juice, response at 20:30 stating driver ran out of hours (yet nobody at Watson could be bothered to contact me and let me know) no idea when oil will be turning up but certainlywon't be using Boiler Juice again in the future just in case they allocate the job to Watson. I wish I'd checked previous reviews, I would of cancelled the order as it looks like a pretty common theme.

Absolute joke, waited in for oil what never came then when they finally turned up the bush around the tank was to big and could damage the pipes! Had a refund instead of having to deal with them avoid by all means! rather be cold!

Tanker drivers friendly and efficient but back office delivery booking and customer service team appalling. Failed to deliver oil three times in a row on dates they said they would deliver, also missing delivery windows they quoted on Boiler Juice. Twice they said it was because their tanker had broken down en route (a massive co-incidence?) and once they didn’t know why. Continually failed to keep promises to call back with a new delivery date. Gave them the benefit of the doubt initially as things can go wrong in any business but will not be using them again.

Pumps never work. They're out of date. They must be loosing so much money. Most of the time none of my 5 card won't be accepted by the machine.

I have never known a company like this was told oil would arrive either Thursday or Friday we got nothing contacted boiler juice and WatsonThey said Monday .oil completely ran out had to purchase 2 drums of oil .Monday comes wait for oil no oil arrives contact Watson oh its because the drivers hours have ran out. You are down to get it Tuesday..Still waiting.What the hell is going on with this company i will never use them again no oil no apology nothing

Shocking service. Been a customer for 7+ years, almost 3 weeks ago I placed an order for oil. I was told it would be delivered a week later on a Thursday.Thursday came and no show, no message, nothing. I called, chased and I was told Monday.Monday came order arrived on a six wheeler which couldn’t access my property, even though my customer notes said access on a baby tanker only, these notes have always been in place.I called again, I was told I would be called back, no call, nothing. I chased Watsons, was told that a third party would now make the delivery and they would deliver by the end of the week.Now, I know Friday evening isn’t quite the end of the week but still no delivery. I’m hoping the third party deliver tomorrow.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Watsons delivery dates, in all of this recent episode I have done all the chasing, not one call from Watsons at any point to explain.Terrible service
