V poor. Left us without a downstairs loo for a whole weekend (with 2 toilet training toddlers) despite promising on the Thursday they would repair the loo on the Friday. Promised again late Friday morning it would be done in afternoon. Never arrived and repeatedly ignored calls. Arrived on Monday with wrong part. Flooded floor. Left without affixing new macerator device to floor with clearly apparent fixings. Only saving grace is that, upon my request, they agreed to waiver labour charges. Really really disappointing.

Not at all happy with this company. In Feb 2019, N.J.Lees replaced a motorised zone valve on the central heating side of my system. I was charged £285 (including draining down my system, refilling and bleeding). This month (only 20 months later), the valve in question failed. I had to employ another plumber to replace the valve again! This time the valve was replaced in 15 mins, with no draining or bleeding (as it was not necessary to do this)., and I was only charged £118. The plumber that did this work told me the valve that was fitted the first time was of an inferior quality. I would definitely not recommend N J Lees!

We’re so happy with our new boiler and the whole process using this company, I could honestly wax lyrical for ages. NJ Lees Ltd are a true modern family business, offering a genuine personal service friendly and efficient staff and supplying quality products. I highly recommend them and would be really happy to tell any of my friends to use them.For us they fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler, they were price competitive with the two other quotes we had, despite offering what we thought was a higher quality boiler and intelligent thermostat. They took out and disposed of the old boiler and fitted the new one inside an awkward cupboard, all within one day.Great work.

Neal promptly came round and provided a quote on writing the same day. We arranged the work swiftly and Ed and Owen came to remove the back boiler and install a new combi boiler. It was a big job and they worked hard, were on time, courteous and tidy. They did a really great job and were very trustworthy.The cost was cheaper than quoted by British Gas and was a good price for the amount of work involved. Neal called to check in and make sure everything was ok.Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the service I received from N J Lees. Jeff installed a new boiler and heating system within two days. Jeff and his colleagues removed all the old system tanks etc.. and didn’t leave a thing for me to dispose off. The new central heating works beautifully, I can’t recommend them enough.

Do a sub standard job and fail to get back to you to rectify. Avoid.

Great service from Neal in sorting out the heating issue that my elderly parents had in a property they have recently moved into. Got the hot water working & has arranged to come back later in the week to give the Worcester Bosch boiler a service as there was no record of when it was last done. Arrived professionally early & a very friendly chap that set my parents at ease & kept them updated every step!

New boiler supplied and installed.Chip in the wood floor by dropping tool as new location was from kitchen to the loft.Boiler new location was immediately above consumer unit, but instead of running a short cable and installing a local wall plug aside the boiler, they decided to run a (very) long cable across the loft, down through the soil pipe until reach the original wall socket in the kitchen. Winter came and I was very happy with the new boiler, very efficient and economical, however in the early spring with drier days, I could notice the condensate from the flue was dripping large amount of water (hot, obviously) and splashing through my front door. Luckily my 5years old never played in that area. Tried for several times contacting Neil via mobile, text, email and very irresponsive. Took several weeks to have a reply. Then Neil attended, checked and said it was a straight forward job, would come next day. Never happened. Only contacted me back 1 month later because the service was due. Never booked the service with them and even though he sent his members of team to knock my door for service. No one home, they put a ladder on my drive and put a 45°C elbow at the end of the flue, which was installed with the wrong angle in the first place. Now it will just accumulate the condensate in this elbow until leaks. Not a nice neither safe job. Photos attached. Will pay over £300.00 for another company to chisel the wall, correct the flue angle to send condensate back to boiler and also correct the small condensate pipe they installed which I was instructed that lofts are considered external area and pipes should be 32mm. (The level drop is also not satisfactory). Rather pay for professionals than have this company back in my house.

Absolutely happy with the service, and definitely recommend. We didn't had a heating and hot water. Called the NJ Lees, and the plumber came on the next day, which was surprising, as I was expecting him day after. 10 minutes and all was sorted. Thank you so much!

Called Neal, hot water tank was noisy. Employee arrived, confirmed water pipes were vibrating and reduced the flow. Paid and he left. Problem persistedCalled him back on 11/7/22, N/A message left. No responseCalled again on 18/7/22 N/A message left. No response. Sent a Whatsapp 21/7/2022 Hi Neal I've tried you a couple of times but no answer re: pipe vibrating employee improved it somewhat but it can be heard in the living room still
