Like other review bought shoes early 2016 and they started to come apart after 4 to 5 monts. shop wouldn't do anything so e,mailed head office who were not very helpful. I now buy my footwear and handbags from Worthing market & Littlehampton market who are cheaper than shoe zone and far better quality than their rubbish.

Just simply brilliant customer service.. needed some slippers with Velcro straps as I suffer with swollen feet and the young chap found me a pair in my size in seconds and at 4.99 absolute bargain and they have lasted me ages. surely the best quality slippers at the lowest price on the high street.

My husband and I went into the Worthing branch on the 6/8/22We were looking for a pair of Sandals for my mother, I could not find a size 6 anywhere, suddenly a young man I think was Michael came up to us and asked if we needed any help, he was so very helpful he could not help us anymore if he tried a true gent he sent someone to look in the storeroom then looked around the shop for the size 6 and found them what great customer service, polite, helpful and a great person to deal with, a true credit to ShoezoneThank you Michael this is the 2nd pair of sandals I have bought for my mother we will be back.
