Thoughtful Builders

Thoughtful builders were a personal recommendation from a neighbour.We were given some great suggestions based on our plans. We were kept well informed on start dates and progress. The team was great, worked around our routine and completed the works.They were transparent about any issues that arose and were proactive about providing solutions. They were very responsive to extra requests we made. We can without any hesitation 100% recommend Thoughtful Builders.

Our house revamp is almost done and we are, so exited to move back, there is so much dust everywhere though. We are very happy with the services from our Building company. It was little hard to make the lip as after meeting many great “builders” we had fears of choosing the right building company. We have decided to go with Thoughtful Builders as their approach was the most transparent and they have added many new ideas, which saved us some cash. We have 26 pages of detailed quote, which non of the other builders put any effort to do, most of them actually quoted over text messages! It is more than £100k project, how can anybody quote over text message! Peter is always very responsive, extremely professional and upfront with everything. We had only two changes of specifications, which did not reflect the cost as the items were almost with identical cost! Would we recommend them, we recommend to get in contact with the company and then make your decision! Very pleased and we love the name Thoughful Builders it matches their approach ☺️

We have worked with Thoughful Builders for 4 years now. Any job done for our clients has been met with meticulous attention to detail. We have always recommended their services to our clients as well as we have used them recently to renovate our office! Very pleased with the results.

Should have obviously read some of these reviews before I engaged Peter. Quite a traumatising experience to myself and my family. Do not engage Peter Petrov from Thoughtful Builders. He is an extremely spiteful person.

What a wonderful group of people, from owner Peter to all the contractors involved. They were very pleasant, friendly, and respectful. The leadership at Thoughtful Builders is highly competent, resourceful, eager to cooperate, and very much into doing a beautiful job. We are extremely pleased, and would recommend TB to anyone.
