ParkBee Saba - High Street Kensington

The spaces are extremely narrow. Some people will park over two spaces to avoid having their doors hit when open, which reduces the available spaces!There was noone seen working there (so not sure what happens if you run into a problem).There is sign that says that they are not liable if your car is vandalized or hit or stolen (happy days right? By design they provide spaces -to make money out of every inch- that won't let you get out of the car once parked, and then won't be liable if you find your car full of dents!!!)Out of the two paying stations, only one was in working order. The other one was clearly broken but with no relevant warning to avoid using.It's on the expensive side as well.I would only recommend if you are out of options and don't own anything larger than an i10.2 stars and that's being generous.

Prices are high but to be expected in this part of London.Quite difficult to find the entrance and spaces are small

Not enough signage to tell the entry from the exit. But very convieniently located.

It's a car park! Well lit and clean, with staff on site if you need assistance. On the down side, spaces seem a bit small and turns are occasionally tight.Price wise, it cost £25 for just over 5 hours; to be expected in this part of London.Overall a good experience.

Not sure how safe it is with loads people standing around from the car wash area staring at people as they walk out in or out in this car park area.Safety is an issue.

We have been using this parking for more than 10 year and I can tell that for past couple of years standards have deteriorated dramatically but prices have been increasing. Exit Barriers do not work and there has been no sign indicating that they are out of order. Security was not very helpful at all! There is a piece of steel sticking out of the wall when you come up from floor -2 which can scratch your car. Feels like because of location people try to squeeze you out of money. Will park elsewhere next time.

Delivery drivers, if you're delivering to the council don't worry, there's no fee! Drive straight to the back to find the loading bay, drop off to the post room and head out

It's in a good position, but feels a scam as the price is not the same as shown on the website

Pre-booked and paid, instructions said: enter location in RingGo app, but the app did not recognize location, I had to pay again with the ticket in the car park, there was not intendant on duty, so double paid. The company ParkBee don't answer phone calls and don't respond on emails. Avoid!

Can someone fix entry-exit Barrier please?Almost every day I park car there and never works.Does even anyone of the owners are reading all these comments?Reception guys are tired too.every customer complaints to them.I want to hear from the manager or who is in charge of this parking.if it has one .
