Chris Konrath - Breathwork, Cold Immersion and Sound Healing

Chris. Where do I start. He holds an incredibly safe and supportive space for you with compassion and gentility balanced with knowledge and integrity. He has helped me to rebuild a relationship with the cold and embrace the sensations and arising emotions and experiences. The Breathwork is now something I incorporate into my daily routine. Chris does not offer anything he hasn’t been prepared to work with himself and that says a lot about the values he holds and how he practices. Recently we have integrated sound into the work and this is something again he is intuitively developing as he gets to know you. I am forever grateful for having the pleasure and privilege to have crossed paths with Chris and the wonderful work and space he offers.
