Gurkha Cleaning and Laundry Service Limited

We used Gurkha Cleaning for about a year, although their service was expensive, the standard of cleaning was reasonable. However, on one visit they scratched a number of floors. We subsequently raised this with them and they became very aggressive and refused to carry out any more cleaning for us. Although they made an offer to rectify a small part of the damage they refused to accept they should rectify it all.Personally I would not recommend them due to their attitude to their customers.
