The staff cannot do enough for you. I listen to people who booked on line and due to holidays being cancelled have had problems changing or cancelling. I had to rearrange my holiday and Dawsons did everything for me without any fuss. My tickets and boarding passes were already for me to collect before my holiday. I will definitely use Dawsons for holidays in the future as its hassle free and any questions I have are answered because of their knowledge.

Together with its Newcastle shop the agency is very good and having used it for a number of years to travel to Thailand and Florida I've never had to complain at all On one occasion on a visit with my London friend to Malta they sorted a problem with the hotel in just a few hours My intentions are to use them in future
