Great physio who always listens to your needs and fixes any problem areas! I used to have regular massages that couldn’t cut it but Paolo does a mix of treatments depending on the issue to ensure the pain, stiffness or inflammation is released.I have had sports massage, acupuncture with needles (sound way more scary and painful than they actually are!), red light therapy and cupping just to name a few! Been going regularly for the past 2 years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paolo.

I have used PMC Wellness Clinic for sports massage on a monthly basis for the last three years. It has been the perfect antidote to the physical strains of long hours at my desk as well as significantly relieving muscle tension associated with gym training and exercise. In the hands of such a personable, knowledgable and dependable therapist, visiting the clinic has become a part of my routine which I couldn't live without!

Paolo started treating my back after a disk injury 3 years ago and, since then, I have always trusted nobody else but him to help me with my lower back issues. Whether it is some rehabilitation work or just a proper massage to stretch my muscles, Paolo is my go-to. He is extremely professional, friendly and amazing at his job - cannot recommend him enough.

Paolo has continuously helped me with an ongoing bulging disc in my neck. Not only are our sessions great, his work thorough and very beneficial, but he has offered great advice for further treatment, exercises to do at home & regularly checks in to see how I’m progressing.I couldn’t imagine going to another sports therapist, and I am so grateful for all the help you have given me!

I have been seeing Paolo for the past four months after a diagnosis of a stress fracture in my femur and torn cartilage in my knee. He has been wonderful to work with. He has been knowledgeable about the injury, realistic about the recovery time, he has listened well when I have felt pain in some of the rehabilitation exercises and adapted quickly, and has always encouraged me about the path forward. In four months I have moved from a starting point of minor disability and chronic pain, to carefree playing with my kids, close to pain free and now we have a plan to slowly return to running (something I really enjoyed and miss). I am stronger, fitter and feel more hopeful than I have for the past few years. I highly recommend Paolo.

Paolo was fantastic. I contacted him with lower back pain due to working from home. He was very professional and explained what I was doing wrong with regards to my posture while working at my computer. After the treatment I felt much better and I returned for a couple of weeks and after that, alongside the exercises given to me the issue was sorted. I was really happy to have found such a local and professional Sports Therapist.

I’ve been a client for over 5 years, treating my rotator cuff injury and the general body tightness that I normally have as a result of regular training. Paolo is amazing at his job, I just wouldn’t go anywhere else!
