Have been employed here since Feb 2022. Well presented and clean due to the nature of the business, certificates of achievements are all presented on walls.From day one I was made to feel welcome, from the Directors right through to the hardworking production staff, everyone is proactive in building the company and making it the best they can. They offer training in all departments, and promote from within the company. I can't fault the work ethic, and look forward to spending time building my career in this family run business.

I started to work for Extons as an agency worker.I got the permanent contract just after the probation period. Friendly and helpful staff is in every department. This is a better company if one thinks to progress in. An excellent company to working.

I started working for Extons as an agency Operative, and I am now employed full time. I have been working there over 12 months, and it's a good family run company to work for. Communication is good and from personal experience, any queries or issues, work related have been dealt with, promptly and in such a friendly manner. Training is on point and new job opportunities are advertised in-house, if you wish to progress. Social events and rewards for employees are another positive thing, which I like too....

I spent two days at Exton Foods, while doing photography for their new website. What a friendly and welcoming team! Every single person was so helpful and lovely to work with. There was just a great vibe throughout the site, from the Accounts team through to the Production line. It was a real pleasure to spend time with everyone.

The staff are fantastic and welcoming its a great environment to be in. I have never been happier going to work than when I come here and it's got such a brilliant management team that are always supportive.
