Boots Opticians Leeds - Albion Arcade (in Boots) (Trinity)

Unfortunately this is the least evaluation I can submit, u don’t recommend it at all for below reasons:1- no professionalism in dealing with clients, as the optometrist did wrong measurement for my new the glasses twice and when I visited for the third time he refused to meet me.2- imagine a place with no one to cover manager absence / leave . As I asked to escalate that optometrist to the manager, I was informed that manager is on leave and no one is delegated.3- most of staff are not well trained so for any questions you ask they keep looking for the most experienced one to give them the answer which is sometimes not the right one as well.4- don’t care about children, as when I went there with Brocken glasses for my daughter and asked them to expedite the delivery, they didn’t help as if they can’t talk to the lab and took 2 weeks. Adding to that no one called me when the glasses was ready.4- by the way forgot to mention that when I escalated to customer service about the issue of my glasses and asked to be referred to another branch, I was referred to Trinity branch where the optometrist their did new one with the new measurement and when I tried it one for one week I tried to visit the same optometrist again to check with her but assistant replied to me on phone that” there’s nothing else optometrist can do” !!! What a terrible customer service.

The man who did my initial tests had an odd demeanour, rushing me through tests, suggesting that I should tolerate the air pressure test better and finally offering me an additional scan for the cost of £25 which I declined. The optician later gave me this scan free of charge. It left me with a feeling of being almost scammed, as I could have paid £25 for something that would have been given free anyway. Not the service I expeced from Boots

We were in a very difficult situation as we were unable to drive due to my wife not having contact lenses and we were about to drive on the motorway.An advisor called Neal was able to help give contacts on the same day after we found my wife’s prescription, even though other opticians weren't able to support regardless of the situation we were about to be in.Staff were very friendly and assisted straight away with no judgement and seemed like they really wanted to help.Thank you so much Boots and Neal! :)

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Neal in the opticians who was super helpful when I’d forgotten my contact lenses after travelling down from Newcastle. I have a limited amount of time before needing to be back on the road and now feel safe to drive

Went for my annual eye test.Great promotion at Boots, buy one pair ,second half price plus third pair free and my points.Jowy, Adnaan and Annabelle were all exceptional,a real credit to the company.

So much wasted time with appointments. Ordered contact lenses and glasses and had to collect separately. Couldn’t see out of glasses but told to take them anyway. Contact lenses I was booked in for a 30 min appt but then told it takes an hour when I got there which I didn’t have. Abysmal. Should have gone to spec savers

Annabelle and Aadilah at Leeds trinity took great care of me. They went above and beyond. And kept me as a customer for many more years to come.

Booked a appointment online and arrived early. Had my eye test straight awayThe staff were lovely and the optometric Sadaj was very thorough. They did find a problem which was explained by the consultant SammieI was reassured and went to buy some glassesThe screener Michelle was very helpful and had a lovely personalty
