I used to work here - awful place. I lasted about 5 months (2 months longer than most) before the toxic atmosphere, unobtainable targets and zero support. These guys are cowboys - best avoid at all costs

Appalling service and company. I recently requested a copy of the payment receipt and VAT number for our records - we got a PCN which we paid, called and emailed them, extremely rude on the phone and as yet no information back from them. Beware - the number they provide is a premium rate number and no mention on their letter or website that it such - criminal, as for the charges, that is criminal too, no idea how these people sleep at night, the lowest of the lowest scum of the earth

The photograph tncgroup emailed me when I received a letter for a parking fine in Kent was a vauxhall Astra car with the registration so fuzzy it could not be read. I own a Vauxhall panel Van with the alleged Registration number and live in Devon.I have spoken to them,emailed them and sent photos of my Van but they are still pursuing payment and Court.....unbelievable behavior. Man put phone down on me.

Wouldn't recommend using these guys to collect debts owed; their email system seems to be days behind and so correspondence is never easy to make any sense of, and often on the phones the staff make mistakes and never have information to hand and simply suggest phoning back another time. Could do with a complete rejig: new staff, new email system and perhaps new management to oversee this. Plenty of other more useful and helpful debt collection agencies around :)

If I could leave them 0 star review I would. I am supposed to be a client of theirs, and in my opinion they are incapable of collecting any debts on our company's behalf. If you are thinking of using them to chase your debt then I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere and use another debt collectors. Totally appalling service - well no service at all. No complaints procedure, no resolution.
