Asked them to do a job.Agreed a price then was messed about for weeks and weeks with excuses not why he couldn't give me a date to do the work.Not answering a lot of calls and texts.I knew they was so busy and said don't worry I don't mind waiting but if you can give me a date I don't mind wait a Month or two.At last got a date for work then was changed to a couple of days after.No one turn up on the day no one called so had to call them myself.Spoke to the son who was brilliant and told there way a problem with billy that day and thought it would get sorted but all I got was a text a bit later to say basically cannot do it find someone else.I was shocked.I called twice but again no one answered but got a text to say I will call you later.Nothing No call.I was so impressed with there work on my neighbours house and there website i had a few bigger jobs for them to do after this but have been treated just terribly.Seems if it's a small job there now not interested.Stuck now not knowing what to do.Been let down so much by builders and thought I had found the best.I was so wrong.

Geoff's son in law (Billy) turned up when he said he would. We had water coming in to the loft where the roof tiles meet the chimney flashing. He took before and after photos. He did the work quickly and provided us with a proper, detailed invoice. We will have to wait to see if the repair has worked but he said he would come straight back out if there were any issues. We would recommend Geoff and family.
