The vet team at Duns are wonderful and exhibit genuine care and compassion for my pets. My pets are not stressed during the visit and are happy to be there. My pets are the best recommendation I could ask for. Staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my pets condition and explain things clearly. Well done team!

We came in to register and for a checkup as my cat had lost a tooth. Wonderful service all round, from the lovely, warm receptionist I spoke to to the very kind and reassuring vet herself. A lovely practice and they made everything incredibly stress free. I'll be happy bringing my cat in for future treatments and checkups. Thank you all! :)

Recommend Duns Practice whenever I can, especially vet Allison, who always goes above and beyond to care for my gang of hounds. Receptionists are all fabulous and couldn't be more considerate and helpful. All staff genuinely care about your pets. Had some not so positive experiences in Kelso and Berwick Practices in the past but the Duns team are wonderful!

Many thanks to all in duns branch who went to all the trouble to get medication to my poorly 17 year old collie snatch, they drove to meet me at the end of our lane as we could couldn't get the car out passed the 4ft drifts. But want makes us more grateful they're not even our usual vet. Many thanks again.

I've never had a reason to complain about the treatment of my pets. They have always been seen promptly, and treated gently. My dogs are older now, and need that unrushed, calm visit, especially my oldest dog, who had to have an eye removed in December. My younger dog was also very ill in December, and the vet carried her to be examined. She had to stay in, over 2 nights and I was distraught. Vet or nurse called me several times over the two days, and updated me, for which, I will be forever grateful.

Had to make the sad and difficult decision to put our much loved family pet to sleep, last week. I was staggered by the level of care and kindness shown to us by every single member of the team - and all the options explored to tailor the appointment to our Bertie's personal needs. In the end, the loveliest ladies came to our house and treated him with such unhurried dignity and care - making it possible for him to drift gently off, in my arms. I am so grateful and would not hesitate to recommend this practice. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
